By participating in Scream Inc Escape Rooms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following rules and conditions:

General Consent

• Players may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you agree that your photo or video may be used for promotional purposes.
• Players may receive promotional emails or messages and can unsubscribe at any time.

Safety & Behavior

• Climbing on walls or running inside the game is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not use physical force on any game elements, props, or furniture.
• Chasing, touching, or causing any harm to actors/actresses is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
• No audio or video recording is allowed inside the rooms.
• Items placed above head level are for decoration only and must not be touched.

Health & Participation

• Players with heart conditions, epilepsy, seizures, or any condition affected by fear, shock, or flashing lights should not participate.
• Players must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Players confirm they are physically and mentally fit to participate safely.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment must be completed before the game starts.
• No refunds or transfers will be provided if a game is stopped at the player’s request.

Damage & Responsibility

• Players are responsible for any damage caused to the facility, props, or equipment.
• Scream Inc Escape Rooms reserves the right to charge for any damages using the provided payment method or require payment before leaving.

Medical Consent

• In case of injury or emergency, players consent to receive necessary medical treatment.

Legal Agreement

• This agreement is legally binding and applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
