Waiver

This form is to ensure that the
customer consents to participating in the Scream Inc Escape Rooms, and fully understands the rules of the rooms.

1.  Players may be    photographed. Players agree to allow their photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
2.  Players are not allowed to climb up the walls.
3.  Players with heart problems, seizure, epilepsy or any illness that might be triggered by shock, surprise or flashing lights are not allowed to participate in this game for the health and safety of the customer.
4.  Any audio and video shooting inside of the room is prohibited.
5.  Players are not allowed to run in games at any time.
6.  It is forbidden to use physical force (beat, break, and tear off) against game elements, decorations, furniture and other items. If the object does not lend itself to your actions, then it must be in its place. In case of damage to our items, you may be charged for this item.
7.  Players are not allowed to CHASE, TOUCH OR INFLICT ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL HARM TO THE ACTOR/ACTRESS inside the game. Any harm that is done to the actress/actor caused by the players proven by the camera will lead to legal action.
8.  Players will receive free email or phone promotions and discounts to the email address and phone numbers they provided in this form. Players may unsubscribe from emails and phone messages from Scream Inc Escape Rooms at any time.
9.  Payment should be made before the game starts and in case the game is stopped by the player’s request, the amount paid will not be refunded or transferred to another game.
10.  Players hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.
11.  Players have no physical or mental illness that precludes their participation in a safe manner for themselves or others. Players are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol which impairs their ability to maintain safety awareness or endangers others.
12.  Players hereby agree to pay for any and all damages done to the facility, room, props, or anything to Scream Inc Escape Rooms. This is for any and all damages caused by the signor of this release. Players give Scream Inc Escape Rooms permission to charge their form of payment for the booking if applicable or Players will settle any and all damaged amounts before leaving the facility.
13.  No elements above head level are used as game elements. They are only for decoration purposes.
14.  Players acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
15.  If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
